Woodson Straight Glass Cold Food Display
Unique, efficient and seamlessly crafted, the Woodson Straight Glass Cold Food Display is constructed from double glazed, toughened glass. The high quality refrigeration comprises of a top mounted cross fin coil and a 90mm deep cold plate, ensuring food is kept at a consistent temperature. Coupled with a top mounted, fluorescent light for an illuminated interior, this unit delivers eye-catching product display, with high quality results.
Available in 3-6 bay modules.
- Includes a burn off tray for coil waste water with no need for plumbing
- Undermount refrigeration unit is supplied with a condensate drain hose for connection to waste
- Overflow from bain marie section is designed to drain into a pan or bucket - maintaining high hygiene levels
- Unit is equipped to suit gastronorm sized pans up to 65mm deep
- The adjustable digital controller is designed to hold temperature accurately between 2°C and 5°C
- Available in 3-6 bay modules
- Electrical rating of 1.0kW - 10A
