Total Commercial Equipment are very excited to announce that we have acquired South Australian service company, Gecko Trading, as of the 2nd of November 2020.
Gecko Trading is an established service business, with a large team of experienced technicians trained in servicing electric and gas commercial equipment. While this acquisition does not change who Total Commercial Equipment are, with more technicians in the field we will be able to better service our customers with improved customer service and faster response times.
We are very excited by this opportunity and look forward to growing our service department to serve you better.
Did you know… Total Commercial Equipment has a fully operating service and spare parts department? We understand the strain that is placed on a business when equipment stops functioning or doesn’t operate to its full potential. We have a friendly After Sales team that is available weekdays from 8am to take your call, as well as an on call service for emergency breakdowns out of our standard operating hours, to help get your equipment up and running again. Whether it is laundry or kitchen equipment, we help customers daily find a solution and get them back up and running… even if it’s not a brand that we sell!
Our service technicians are factory trained and work daily on equipment just like yours. They receive regular training from our manufacturers and work closely with them to resolve reoccurring issues and deliver the best possible solution. Plus, our technicians and partners are located right around Australia, not just the capital cities so we can service regional customers to the same high standard.

If we don’t have it in stock, don’t worry, we are able to source it for you from our large supplier network. Our after sales team is more than happy to work with you to find just the right part for your equipment and get you back on track to full operation.
