Helia Smoker

Helia Smokers are the ground breaking technology among electric smoke ovens, they can be used anywhere. Just plug them in and they are ready to go at any time. The smoker cooks meat and fish through indirectly heated air that is inside the smoker chamber as opposed to being cooked directly with the heat of fire wood or by infra-red heat. The Smoker also contains a special double lip door seal which allows the food to cook under a small amount of pressure, meaning the food cooks quicker without drying out. The seal also prevents oxygen inside the oven resulting in a non-toxic smoking process.
