Blue Seal Oven Ranges
Whatever the scale of operation, Blue Seal Evolution Series Oven Ranges have a gas or electric option to suit.Gas options come equipped with our 28MJ open cooktop burners, while the electric versions offer a choice of heavy-duty 2.4kW radiant elements, or 2kW solid plates. Within the oven itself, cast iron sole plates ensure even heat distribution. Heavy-duty motors and circulation fans in the convection ovens reduce cooking times and enable food to be cooked at lower temperatures.
Available Sizes:
- 600mm - 4 burner cooktop variation and gas static oven
- 750mm - 4 burner cooktop variation with gas or electric convection or static oven.
- 900mm - 6 burner cooktop variation with gas or electric convection or static oven.
- 1200mm - 8 burner cooktop variation with gas or electric convection or static oven (also available with double gas static oven).
- Heavy-duty 304 grade stainless steel finish
- 28MJ rated open burners

- Flame failure protection on all burners
