Woodson Benchtop Fryers
Woodson countertop fryers are ideal for short orders of all deep fried foods including chips and fish.
The Woodson range of fryers include the latest features for better cooking, easy cleaning and maximum safety.
Choose from 5 litre or 8 litre pans in single or twin footprints.
11L Auto Lift Fryer with digital timer also available.
- unique tilt back fryer heads that can be removed or locked in an upright position (allowing safe and clean draining back into the pan)
- designed for 180°C frying, with precise thermostat control (60°C to 205°C)
- tight fitting cover encloses fryer when not in use, even with the basket in frying position
