Label Printing System

Total Commercial Equipment's Label Printing System is designed to suit all your labelling needs. It is an extremely robust and reliable system, which is easy use by anyone in your organisation.

It consists of the following:

• thermal transfer label printer
• software for a computer
• indelible thermal ink ribbon
• keyboard display unit (optional, if required)
• roll of white labels
• clothes labelling heat sealer machine

It is great for labelling clothing, drapes, towels, sheets, linen and other non-textile items.

Our Thermal Transfer Label Printer integrates easily into a wide range of applications and has a large roll capacity and clear media window to optimise productivity. Labels are printed quickly with a maximum print speed of 4" (102mm) per second.

The thermal transfer label printer is fitted with a ribbon which includes a specific indelible thermal ink that does not come out in the wash.

Once printed, labels can then be heat sealed onto linen using our Clothes Labelling Heat Sealer Machine. The labels are sticky allowing you to place them in the correct position for heat sealing without the edges curling up. Once heat set, the labels will not come off in a normal washer or dryer. The clothes labelling heat sealer machine has full digital time and temperature controls that accurately maintains and monitors a pre-set temperature. It also features auto release technology that releases the lock down head after a pre-set time. 

Rolls of white labels are available with 1,750 labels per roll (each label measures 46mmx12mm).
