Hoshizaki FM Series (Flake Ice) Ice Machines
The Hoshizaki FM series of ice machines produce flake/nugget ice, with the nugget ice compressed during production to make it longlasting. The flake and nugget ice is popular for a variety of cooling purposes including the display of fish and fresh produce.
The characteristics of the ice produced by Hoshizaki ice makers means that 'freeze-burn' is no longer an issue when displaying fresh fish or produce.
Production capacities include:
- FM-150KE can produce 130kg of ice per 24 hours
- FM-480AKE can produce 452kg of ice per 24 hours
- FM-750AKE can produce 650kg of ice per 24 hours
- FM1000AKE can produce 890kg of ice per 24 hours
