Delivery Terms and Conditions
Damage MUST be reported to Total Commercial Equipment within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
Please unpack and inspect goods for any signs of damage – note damage can occur without any visible signs to the external packaging.
If any sign of damage is found during delivery, please mark the consignment note damaged and take photographs of the damage, including the packaging.
Contact your Total Commercial Equipment representative no later than 48 hours after delivery, with details of the damage
NOTE: Total Commercial Equipment is only responsible for freight damage if the delivery is organised by Total Commercial Equipment using our approved transport companies and if the damage is reported within 48 hours of receipt.
If damage is reported after the 48 hour period, Total Commercial Equipment will not be held responsible for the repair or replacement of goods.
