Mercury offer a 24 month warranty for goods purchased from 1st March 2024, All good purchased prior to this have a warranty period of 12 months
from date of purchase.

If you are having problems with your Mercury product and it is still within the warranty period please contact our Service Department on 1300 355 769. The model number and serial number of the defective product must be provided in order to process your claim.
